Entrapment
Perps will join your friendship circle.

They might ask why is this happening or what is going on?
This is to get you to talk about gang stalking, so that you seem paranoid in front of your peers.
Perps are there to witness this, and to convince others that T.I. is paranoid.
Do not buy a gun.
They will use it on you and your family, and make it look like a suicide.
Do not carry a weapon, perps will be justified in self defense.
They are a herd or idiots just carrying out commands like trained dogs.
They are not allowed to carry guns while they are out on a mission.
All they do is follow you around and look at you, and get you to react.

They just feel powerful because they belong to a group, and their over-confidence shows. Their confidence comes from numbers. You are confident on your own. Individually, you are better than all of them thus they must gang up on you to have the mental edge.
The mission is to get them to react.

-neighborhood watch: increased # of strangers in the neighborhood, increased traffic. I bet they all have a made up reason to be there...

better to take back control of our lives
Bruno M. of the Yahoo mcactivism forum offers a different viewpoint regarding T.I. harassment.
A lot of deception is used by the perps in making us think the entire world is against us. Along with hard-core stalkers who know what they're doing, I believe mind manipulation technology is being used on our neighbors, friends and family to make us think they're perps, by inducing perp-like mannerisms, steering conversations to use trigger words, and even making us think they're reading our minds. When combined with the stress resulting from our minds being manipulated with this technology to make us look and act crazy, it serves to isolate us from others.
Another use of deception is making us believe perps are crawling around under the house or in the attack, that they have directed energy weapons in their houses, cars or on their person, or that they're dragging around directed energy weapons in the apartment above or below us, "following" us from room to room. They may leave clues, like candy wrappers in the attack; they may quickly close the curtains to make us think they're hiding directed energy weapons; they may be carrying around a gizmo we feel we are being zapped with; there may be suspicious-looking people near our homes to make us think they're tampering with something nearby; they may leave strange powder-like substances or make us discover our computers have been compromised, making us think we're being set-up to be arrested for harboring illegal substances, for having pornography on our computer, etc. This is all being done to run ourselves ragged. (This is just based on my strong hunch from my personal experiences and from listening to T.I.s tell their stories in person and in phone conversations.) Crawlspace and attic noises can be induced, along with suspicion-evoking feelings directing our attention to certain things via synthetic telepathy. Neighbors can be mind manipulated to "follow" us from room to room, to laugh coincident with something we're doing in the privacy of our home, or even to leave their house at the same time we're leaving ours, without their even being aware of it.
Perps are masters of deception, and their goal is to get us to obsess on this stuff. By setting clear goals or limiting the time we spend contemplating this stuff, we can better take back control of our lives.

My experience as a T.I.
I'm assuming that you are already familiar with gang stalking tactics...
Perps will turn everyone against you. Your friends will turn against you and participate in harassment. Perps will befriend you, will turn friends, will date you, will identify if your friends are in trouble with the law, will identify friends who are likely to enjoy harassing you. They will pose as employers to offer survey, use surverys on facebook and other means to get to know you. They will invite you to events where numbers are dominated by the perps. Some won't drink alcohol (pretend cops or real). As soon as you go somewhere, many perps will follow for mobbing. They will bump into you, push you in concerts, take pictures, and make eye contacts (followed by some kind of action to let you know).
There is no place safe including churches, gyms, grocery markets, banks, airports, sporting events, etc. They will put on members on the big screen at sporting events, showing what you will recognize.
From my experience recruitment or getting people involved in harassment is very easy.
People that participate in street theater seem to lack intelligence, so I'm so curious what their motives are or if they even have one except to follow orders blindly.
I'm sure that participants of street theater are aware of their objectives and how to ID a T.I.
Hand signals are performed in front of you so that you see it.
There is nothing secret in their activities, they want you to see it. Thus, you reacting!
In my opinion, street theater is to encourage T.I. to committ to revenge or to react rather than to intimidate the victim. T.I.'s are well aware that they are being monitored and street performers are enticement offered by the syndicate for T.I. to take out vengeance on them. Because of numerous members, a few casualties will not harm the syndicate.
I cannot get into the origins and the conspiracies. Popular ones are freemason, New World Order of elite society (elimination of the middle class), communism, and satan worship. Whatever the reason may be, gang stalking is a powerful display of dominance by a group or a leader. This is real and it happens wherever. I think that there's a financial gain by the leader or the leading group, and membership is cheap.
Be courageous in everything that you do.
Law enforcement cannot help you, but it doesn't mean that they will do nothing. Alert the police and the FBI. Friends and family will turn against you, and they will call you crazy. They will further efforts to silence you. Media won't help you either. They probably have a deal with the syndicate for stories and other access.
I'm finding out about possible T.I.'s that are celebrities, and I see them so helpless.
I wonder if they even know or are sensitized.
If they can't fight against them with money and fame, then who can?
