I first noticed that my skin was getting darker even though it was winter and I avoid the sun.
I started getting headaches, tension headaches, and migranes.
My hair became frizzy and coarse.
Often had stomach problems.

Humans are curious creatures and driven by curiosity.

Perps use this to their advantage. They use anything that can lure your attention, forcing you to dwell upon it.

-Road works: usually leaves the road in worse condition than it was before workers usually just stand around. end of day, they only carry out noise campaigns, and patch up roads that makes it terribly bumpy. what a waste of resources!
-Fire Dept: noise campaign. They will start a fire to be where you are even at national parks.
-Police: parked vehicles with lights on. drive-by's as part of noise campaign
-vehicles on side of the road: hood open, emergency lights on, sometimes just parked. wrecked cars are displayed by tow trucks. Large trucks will drive by as noise campaign.
-wall tapping
-neighborhood watch: increased # of strangers in the neighborhood, increased traffic. I bet they all have a made up reason to be there...
